Our yearly lawn program consists of six applications to establish and maintain healthy turf. A balanced application of fertilizer is scheduled every other month. Each and every visit also includes insect, weed and fungicide treatment as needed.

Our yearly shrub program also consists of six applications every other month, which occur on the opposite month of the lawn program. This provides monthly monitoring of the property. Each visit includes treatment for insects, disease and a balanced fertilizer. The monitoring is essential to ensure consistency.

Our household pest control services are designed to provide a protective barrier between you and bugs. We treat a 10 ft. radius around the foundation of your home and also treat outside windows, doors and entry points. Patio, porches, screened rooms and screened pool enclosures are also treated. This service is performed approximately every eight weeks.

The continual use of the same type of product has greatly reduced the effectiveness we can achieve in controlling chinch bugs: the result is chemical resistant chinch bugs. Adding to the problem of chinch bug control is the current drought conditions and the water restrictions that have been imposed on many communities.
We have achieved great success in controlling chemical resistant chinch bugs with the new products that are available. The chinch bug application is applied to your property for an additional one time charge per year and gives you up to 4 months of protection from turf damage. This application is done during the peak season for chinch bugs. Call our office for more information.
